GORIS AND KHNSORESK SWINGING BRIDGE
Goris is a town in the north-eastern part of the Syunik province, in the south of Armenia. Goris is located on the intersection of Yerevan-Artsakh and Yerevan-Meghri-Iran interstate highways. Located in the valley of the river Goris (Vararakn) it is 235 km away from the Armenia capital Yerevan . The town has an average elevation of 1398 metres above sea level.
Swinging bridge in Khndzoresk
The Swinging bridge is located in the village of Khndzoresk in the Syunik region. The bridge, which connects the two “banks” of Khndzoresk – the Old and New, was put into operation in June 2012.
The bridge has a length of 160 meters, a height of 63 meters, and weighs 14 tons. Approximately 700 people of average weight can simultaneously cross the bridge. From the bridge, there is a breathtaking view of the gorge. Not only can you see the four churches of Khndzoresk from the bridge, but also the famous “Nine Children” source are clearly visible
غوريس
غوريس مدينة تقع في الجزء الشمالي الشرقي من مقاطعة سيونيك، جنوب أرمينيا. تقع عند تقاطع الطريقين السريعين يريفان-آرتساخ ويريفان-ميغري-إيران. تقع في وادي نهر غوريس (فاراراكن)، وتبعد 235 كم عن يريفان، عاصمة أرمينيا. يبلغ متوسط ارتفاع المدينة 1398 مترًا فوق مستوى سطح البحر.
جسر متأرجح في خندزورسك
يقع الجسر المتأرجح في قرية خندزورسك بمنطقة سيونيك. يربط الجسر بين ضفتي نهر خندزورسك - القديم والجديد، وقد بدأ تشغيله في يونيو 2012
يبلغ طول الجسر 160 مترًا، وارتفاعه 63 مترًا، ووزنه 14 طنًا. ويمكن لحوالي 700 شخص متوسطي الوزن عبوره في وقت واحد. من الجسر، يُطلّ منظرٌ خلابٌ على الوادي. لا يقتصر الأمر على رؤية كنائس خندزورسك الأربع من الجسر، بل يُمكنك أيضًا رؤية نبع "الأطفال التسعة" الشهير بوضوح.
